This is an important point for you to pause and reflect. Some of the questions you should ask yourself about your teaching include: Are you where you want to be in your instruction? Are you students where you want them to be at this point? Are they meeting your SLO for first quarter? Why or why not? If you are not, what do you need to do differently? As you are assessing students and looking at the student growth, consider the impact you had on them as a teacher. Yes, there are many outside influences that can affect learning, but your impact is great, too.
